Senior Workday Financial Consultant

Job Description & Summary

• We are looking for:
• Senior Workday Financial Consultant (rola projektowa)

Your future role:

• •Work on Workday Financial deployments in leading roles,
• •Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements,
• •Assess actual client needs and propose recommendations and/or alternative solutions to meet client goals,
• •Advise clients on best practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements,
• •System configuration, testing, and data activities to ensure that proposed solution suits Client’s expectations,
• •Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday,
• •Assist the integration consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions,
• •Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology,
• •Share knowledge, support and mentor a new Team Members,
• •Support the sales activities and business development.

Apply if you have:

• •4+ years of relevant experience in ERP consulting,
• •Experience in leading Workday implementations or other ERP systems,
• •Experience in implementing various functional areas including: R2R (Financial Accounting, Financial Dimension / Chart of Accounts Design), P2P (Procurement, Supplier Accounts), O2C (Customer Management, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts), Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, Intercompany,
• •Workday Finance Certifications in at least one of the mentioned areas,
• •Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation),
• •Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
