Key Responsibilities

Drive Strategic Organic Growth: Formulate, execute, and refine white-hat SEO strategies for high-tier accounts, focusing on content optimization, keyword discovery, and local search performance including Google Business Profile optimization.

Perform In-Depth Technical & Performance Audits: Evaluate complex site analytics (organic traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, keyword rankings) using tools like Google Search Console , SEM Rush , Majestic SEO , and Moz Pro to identify growth opportunities and troubleshoot adverse traffic trends.

Collaborate Across Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Serve as the core organic search subject matter expert, aligning seamlessly with Digital Marketing Managers, SEO Copywriters, Performance Managers, and Social Media Coordinators to implement integrated digital strategies.

Synthesize & Present Client Insights: Transform complex website metrics and search performance data into clear, narrative-driven client reports that demonstrate business value, highlight completed optimization efforts, and propose future growth roadmaps.

Maintain On-Page & Technical Integrity: Execute custom content optimizations, troubleshoot site architecture issues, and utilize basic HTML and search engine algorithm insights to maximize crawlability, indexation, and user experience.

Foster Technical Continuous Learning: Actively participate in SEO team knowledge shares, studio office hours, and ongoing industry education to stay ahead of evolving search algorithm updates and modern optimization practices.

What You Bring

Proven U.S. Market SEO Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience executing end-to-end SEO strategies, content optimizations, and keyword research specifically tailored for U.S.-based companies and English-language target audiences.

Data & Tool Mastery: Strong expertise in Google Analytics , Google Search Console , and industry-standard tools ( SEMrush , Majestic SEO , Moz Pro , Copyscape , Google Trends ), paired with a solid understanding of modern search engine algorithms.

Technical & On-Page Proficiency: Solid grasp of on-page optimization, site architecture, metadata strategy, local SEO tactics, and working knowledge of HTML and Web Analytics ecosystems.

Ownership & Strategic Execution: Highly self-directed mindset with a proven ability to manage competing priorities, diagnose negative performance trends, and proactively deliver data-backed solutions in a high-velocity remote environment.

Exceptional English Communication: Advanced, fluent written and verbal English skills (C1/C2 level) required to act as the direct organic search consultant and present strategies effectively to U.S.-based stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves: Automotive industry vertical experience, broad digital marketing knowledge, and active certifications in Google Analytics , Google Ads , or HubSpot .
