### Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung, Auslegung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen für komplexe Kontaktbaugruppen
  • Kalkulation von Herstellkosten und Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen für Kundenprojekte
  • Technische Konzeption, Auslegung und Bewertung von Produktionsprozessen, Betriebsmitteln und Fertigungskonzepten
  • Begleitung von Kundenprojekten von der Anfrage und Konzeptphase über Vorserien bis zur Serienfreigabe
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Produktion, Qualität, Einkauf und Lieferanten
  • Unterstützung bei FMEA, PPAP, APQP sowie bei der Industrialisierung neuer Produkte
  • Kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Durchlaufzeit

### Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossene Techniker-Ausbildung, alternativ Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Prozessentwicklung, idealerweise im Bereich Stanz- und Biegetechnik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Automobilindustrie (Automotive) und den entsprechenden Qualitäts- und Prozessanforderungen
  • Erfahrung mit Kontaktwerkstoffen, Verbindungstechniken, und Oberflächenbehandlungen wünschenswert
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für Kalkulation, Prozessauslegung und SerienanläufeStrukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte ArbeitsweiseKommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden und internen Schnittstellen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
