Description

• Responsibilities:
• - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• - Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
• - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their dining experience
• - Process payments and handle cash transactions using the POS system
• - Assist with cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and dining areas
• - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales

• Requirements:
• - Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• - Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
• - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• - Excellent customer service and communication skills
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• - Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
