RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •Deliver warm, professional food and beverage service, including welcoming guests, taking orders, serving, and clearing tables.
• •Ensure assigned station is properly set, maintained, and cleaned before, during, and after each shift.
• •Demonstrate full knowledge of the menu, bar offerings, and daily specials, confidently making recommendations when appropriate.
• •Accurately enter orders into the POS system and ensure timely, precise delivery of all items.
• •Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and elevate the dining experience.
• •Uphold all state and federal alcohol service regulations, including verifying guest age and monitoring responsible consumption.
• •Build genuine, hospitable relationships with guests while maintaining a polished, professional presence.
• •Complete opening, running, and closing side work and actively support the team during service.
• •Participate in ongoing training, read shift notes, attend meetings, and adhere to all company policies and service standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• •Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
• •Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic restaurant schedule.
• •Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• •Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., bend, climb, and reach overhead.
• •Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
• •A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• •Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in service and order taking.
