Job Summary

As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal.

Responsibilities and Duties

• •Greet guests promptly and courteously.
• •Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions.
• •Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• •Input orders into POS systems and communicate with kitchen staff.
• •Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• •Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• •Clear tables, reset for the next guests, roll silverware, and maintain a clean dining area.
• •Handle payments and process transactions efficiently.
• •Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• •Address customer concerns or complaints with a positive attitude.
• •Collaborate with team members and support other roles as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• •Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• •Capable of lifting and carrying trays or items up to 25 lbs.
• •Comfortable with bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks.
