Description

Our Servers are an important part of the Nest’s front-of-house team, creating a welcoming and positive experience for our guests. We’re looking for friendly, reliable people who communicate well, pay attention to the details, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you understand what it takes to meet and exceed customer expectations, and you find joy in continuing to learn and build your skills —with training and support provided to help you succeed.

  • Availability
  • This role requires availability for scheduled shifts on Thursdays within the hours of 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM .

Applicants must also provide their availability for the remainder of the week as part of their application.

  • Compensation
  • The starting wage for this position is $16.00 per hour , and is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

Required:

Valid ProServe certification

Strong English communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members

Legally entitled to work in Canada without requiring employer-sponsored work authorization

Assets:

Previous serving or food and beverage experience

Previous c ustomer service experience

Additional training such as ProTect , Standard First Aid, Food Safety, and/ or WHMIS
