Job Summary:

The Pittsburgh Field Club is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

• •Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently.
• •Provide menu recommendations and offer information about specials and promotions.
• •Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• •Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
• •Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests for additional items or assistance.
• •Clear tables and reset them for the next guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• •Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• •Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.

Requirements

• •Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• •Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• •Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• •Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• •Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• •Must be 16 years or older.
