Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused servers to join our team at the craft beer wall area on weekends only . This role offers flexible hours, making it perfect for college students looking to earn extra cash. As a Craft Beer Wall Server, you'll serve food and beverages while delivering top-tier customer care. Starting pay is $12 an hour plus tips , with the opportunity to earn even more. Some of our former servers have even earned enough to cover their bills and contribute toward tuition!

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and ensure they feel welcome.
  • Assist customers with selecting craft beers, explaining options, and answering any questions.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately while maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanor.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of the craft beer wall area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, including managing tabs and tips.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.
