WHAT YOU'LL DO

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up through vehicle return

Translate technical repair findings into clear, confident communication -- setting accurate expectations and earning authorization through honest recommendations

Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made

Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule

Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance

Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1+ year of service advisor, hospitality, or guest-facing sales experience preferred -- candidates from strong customer service backgrounds encouraged to apply

Honda or Japanese brand experience a plus -- product knowledge is trainable, people skills are not

Clear, composed communicator who follows through without gaps and earns guest trust through consistency rather than personality alone

Highly organized with strong attention to detail -- accurate estimates and realistic timelines are non-negotiable

Self-motivated with a genuine drive to build a long-term book of returning guests

Comfortable with DMS platforms or quick to learn them

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
