Description

Seattle, WA | Volvo | Scandinavian luxury | European brand | 1+ year preferred | Hospitality experience welcome | Sales experience welcome | Fixed ops | Pacific Northwest | Seattle metro | Veterans encouraged to apply | $60,000 - $100,000+ OTE

IS THIS YOU?

You earn guest trust through clear communication, honest recommendations, and following through on every commitment -- guests leave your lane feeling informed and genuinely cared for, not managed through a process

You have service advisor, hospitality, or strong guest-facing experience and you're ready to bring that foundation to a values-driven Seattle Volvo store where the ownership community is engaged, loyal, and pays attention to how they're treated

You want to build a high-earning advisory career where the guests who trust you return consistently and refer the people in their network

WHO WE ARE

Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.

Volvo Cars Seattle serves a loyal, values-conscious ownership community in one of the Pacific Northwest's most tech-forward and sustainability-minded markets. Volvo owners are engaged with the brand -- they care about safety, sustainability, and the quality of their ownership experience -- and they return to the advisors who communicate honestly, follow through without fail, and treat their time with genuine respect. The advisor who builds those relationships here creates an earnings trajectory that compounds year over year.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up through vehicle return

Translate technical repair findings on Volvo's evolving platform -- including EV and PHEV systems -- into clear, confident guest communication that earns authorization through honest recommendations

Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made

Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule

Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance

Deliver a consistent, professional Volvo-standard guest experience that keeps owners returning to this store

Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1+ year of service advisor, hospitality, or guest-facing sales experience preferred -- candidates from luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or comparable backgrounds encouraged to apply

Volvo or European brand service advisor experience a strong plus -- familiarity with Volvo's ownership community, service culture, and the brand's growing electrified platform is a meaningful advantage

Clear, composed communicator -- Volvo guests are informed and values-driven; they respond to advisors who are straightforward, knowledgeable, and follow through

Highly organized with strong attention to detail -- accurate estimates and realistic timelines are non-negotiable

Self-motivated with a genuine drive to build a long-term book of returning guests

Comfortable with DMS platforms or quick to learn them

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

WHAT WE OFFER

OTE of $60,000 - $100,000+/yr

Paid Volvo manufacturer and product training

Medical, dental, and vision insurance

Life insurance and supplemental coverage options

Paid time off and paid holidays

Clear career path -- strong advisors grow into senior advisor and service management roles at Swickard

Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

WHY VOLVO CARS SEATTLE

Seattle's Volvo ownership community is one of the most values-aligned and loyal in the Pacific Northwest -- guests here return on schedule, care about the quality of their service experience, and refer the advisors who take genuinely good care of them

Volvo's rapidly expanding electrified lineup creates a technically evolving service environment -- the advisor who develops real platform knowledge here builds expertise that makes them more valuable every model year

A Pacific Northwest market where authenticity and honest communication earn lasting guest loyalty -- the advisor who says what they mean and follows through without exception builds a book of clients that sustains itself

Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry

Our HEART values -- Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank -- describe exactly what a great Service Advisor does in every guest interaction

If you're a guest-first communicator ready to build a high-earning advisory career at a well-run Seattle Volvo store where honest advice, genuine follow-through, and a values-aligned ownership community create the conditions for lasting loyalty -- we'd like to meet you.
