Im Auftrag unseres Großkunden suchen wir für den Frankfurter Flughafen mehrere Service Agents für Betreuungsdienst in Teilzeit.Arbeitszeit: zw.4:00-24:00

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • -Betreuung älterer, hilfsbedürftiger und/oder in ihrer Mobilität eingeschränkter Fluggäste bei Ankunft, Abflug und Umsteigeprozessen
  • -Durchführung von Passagiertransporten mittels Rollstuhl und/oder Elektrowagen
  • -Empfang und Begleitung alleinreisender Kinder und Jugendlicher
  • -Dokumentation der Betreuungsereignisse mittels eines mobilen Endgerätes
  • -Unterstützung der Fluggäste bei der Gepäckaufgabe und Gepäckabholung

Ihr Profil:

  • -Gute Englischkenntnisse bzw.Sprachniveau: ab B1
  • -Führerschein Klasse B
  • -Freude und Spaß im Umgang mit Menschen
  • -Selbstständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbetisweise
  • -Körperliche Belastbarkeit
