Deine Aufgaben

Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kunden in der Werkstatt

Terminvereinbarung und -koordination für Service- und Reparaturarbeiten

Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen und Angeboten für Reparaturen

Rechnungserstellung

Überwachung und Abwicklung von Werkstattaufträgen

Kommunikation mit Kunden bezüglich Reparaturstatus und -ablauf

Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in der Werkstatt

  • Unterstützung des Werkstattteams in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen

  • Das bringst Du mit

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich, idealerweise mit Bezug zum Kfz-Bereich

Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice oder in der Werkstatt von Vorteil

Begeisterung für Automobile und technisches Verständnis

Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung

Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit

Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen PC-Anwendungen

Führerschein-Kl. B
