The primary objective is to manage cross-functional deliverables, facilitate inter-team collaboration, ensure operational excellence, and deliver transparent reporting through KPIs, metrics dashboards, and Management Information (MI) data.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Delivery & Project Execution

Drive end-to-end execution and delivery of application development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, release roadmaps, and business commitments.

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage complex inter-team dependencies across architecture, development, infrastructure, testing, and operations.

Identify, track, and remediate delivery roadblocks, delivery risks, and operational bottlenecks to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.

2. Agile & Scrum Leadership

Serve as the Agile/Scrum champion, driving Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and fostering continuous process improvement.

Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to refine user stories, establish acceptance criteria, and prioritize sprint backlogs.

Coach and mentor technical teams in Agile best practices, backlog grooming, and velocity optimization.

3. Client Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as the key liaison and trusted advisor between business clients, technology stakeholders, external partners, and executive management.

Establish transparent communication channels, proactively manage client expectations, and conduct regular operational reviews and project status briefings.

Resolve conflicts and facilitate collaboration across globally distributed teams to achieve unified delivery objectives.

4. Metrics, Dashboards & Management Information (MI) Reporting

Design, implement, and maintain real-time delivery dashboards and automated reporting mechanisms to track team velocity, release progress, and operational health.

Define, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and operational metrics.

Translate complex delivery and engineering data into actionable Management Information (MI) reports and executive summaries for senior leadership.

5. Technical Governance & Process Improvement

Ensure application design, code quality, and delivery practices adhere to enterprise architectural blueprints, security standards, and CI/CD pipelines.

Standardize delivery frameworks, release governance, and quality assurance processes across teams.

Drive incident post-mortems and root-cause analyses to continuously refine delivery stability and resilience.

6. Team Mentorship & Resource Management

Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to engineers, analysts, and Scrum practitioners.

Allocate and balance workload capacity across sprints, ensuring optimal resource utilization and team well-being.

7. Governance, Risk & Controls

Ensure strict adherence to compliance policies, regulatory requirements, information security mandates, and internal audit controls, escalating issues with complete transparency.
