Your Role

• •Own end‑to‑end SLA management , including monitoring, reporting, reviews, and corrective actions.
• •Lead demand management for SAP Retail , covering demand planning, forecasting, and prioritization.
• •Manage and mentor cross‑functional delivery teams , ensuring performance and operational stability.
• •Act as the primary client interface for service delivery, governance, and escalations.
• •Drive operational excellence through KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• •Strong experience in Service Delivery Management within AMS / SAP environments.
• •Stong experience in SAP Transport Management.
• •Hands‑on knowledge of SAP Retail demand planning and operations .
• •Proven people management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• •Excellent communication, customer engagement, and escalation handling skills.
• •Expertise in process improvement, KPI management, and problem management .
