Role Summary:

The Service Delivery Owner ensures the delivery of exceptional client service by setting clear expectations, coaching team members, and actively monitoring performance. They act as a mentor and escalation point for the service and technical concerns of clients in their assigned portfolio. They assist their team by engaging the correct resources to solution effectively for the client and foster a culture of continuous improvement aligned with company values.

With a strong focus on client satisfaction and SLA adherence, this position plays a key role in retaining client partnerships, driving team engagement, and aligning day-to-day operations with the strategic direction of professional services. This role is designed to thrive in a hybrid or fully remote environment, allowing you to make a meaningful impact from anywhere while staying connected with your team.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• •2 years previous experience with technology solutions
• •3 years of previous leadership or supervisory experience
• •3 or more years of experience in client relationship management
• •5 years of previous customer service experience
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
