### einen Serviceberater / Garantiesachbearbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Terminvergabe und Kundenkommunikation im Servicebereich
  • Annahme von Wartungs- und Reparaturaufträgen
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen und Reparaturangeboten
  • Abwicklung von Garantie- und Kulanzfällen gemäß Herstellervorgaben
  • Rechnungserstellung und Dokumentation der Auftragsbearbeitung
  • Übergabe fertiggestellter Fahrzeuge an unsere Kundinnen und Kunden

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Kfz-Bereich (z. B. Kfz-Mechatroniker/in, Automobilkaufmann/-frau o. Ä.)
  • Berufserfahrung in einem Autohaus, idealerweise im Servicebereich
  • Kenntnisse in den Abläufen der Garantieabwicklung sind von Vorteil
  • Ein gültiger Führerschein Klasse B
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und eine kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
