  • Telefonsupport und Bearbeiten von Servicefällen, Beheben von
  • Maschinenstörungen
  • Direkte Endkunden-Betreuung in der Schweiz und Deutschland
  • Betreuung der Endkunden in indirekten Märkten in Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen
  • Service Partnern
  • Unterstützung der Service Partner und deren Servicetechniker Teams
  • Initiieren des notwendigen Ersatzteilverkaufs und -versands
  • Initiieren der Serviceeinsätze (bei Unlösbarkeit via Remote-Support)
  • Überleitung der Fälle ins Qualitätsmanagement für kontinuierliche Verbesserung
  • Regelmässiger Kontakt zum Servicetechniker-Team und zur Entwicklungs- und
  • Konstruktionsabteilung
  • Erstellen von Angeboten für Wartungseinsätze, Upgrades und Ersatzteile
  • Führen von aktiven Verkaufsgesprächen

Sie verfügen über eine fundierte technische Aus- und/oder Weiterbildung im Gebiet Mechatronik oder Elektronik / Elektrotechnik, auch Praktiker aus diesem Bereich sind willkommen. Kenntnisse in der Maschinensteuerung und/oder dem Anlagenbau sind von Vorteil. Deutsch und Englisch beherrschen Sie in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus.
