### Voraussetzungen:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Fähigkeit andere zu motivieren (Personalführung)
  • Organisationstalent
  • Gewissenhafte und Gastorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Sprachkenntnisse: englisch, französisch, luxemburgisch
  • Weinkenntnisse
  • Ausbildereignung (AEVO)

### Aufgaben

  • Koordination des Servicebereichs
  • Gewährleistung einer aufmerksamen Herzlichkeit am Gast
  • Dienstplangestaltung
  • Verantwortlich für die gesetzten Standards
  • Gästebetreuung und -Beratung
  • Aktionen & Empfehlungen planen
