Marketing and Relationship Manager
Position Summary:
The Service Line Marketing Coordinator coordinates and executes marketing activities for Acenda’s service lines, working closely with BME leadership and service line teams to bring marketing plans and campaigns to life across digital, print, community and other channels. The Coordinator serves as a day-to-day marketing partner for assigned service lines, managing marketing projects, developing and updating materials, coordinating digital campaigns and content, tracking results, and participating in community events and outreach. This role requires a hands-on marketer who is organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects from planning through execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Service Line Marketing & Outreach:
- Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned service lines in alignment with approved priorities, program capacity, audience needs and organizational growth objectives.
- Plan and implement campaigns across digital, web, email, social media, paid and traditional media, print and community channels to increase awareness and encourage appropriate inquiries and referrals.
- Represent Acenda at selected community events to share service information and increase visibility.
Brand Marketing Support:
- Assist with BME brand marketing initiatives as directed by the AVP of Brand & Engagement, helping ensure service line information and messaging align with Acenda’s brand strategy.
- Contribute service line content, program insights, and feedback to brand materials and campaigns developed by other BME team members.
- Perform other related duties consistent with the position and BME priorities.
Performance Tracking & Analytics:
- Measure, analyze and report on marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs); Evaluate the performance of each campaign and prepare annual reports and budgets for the next year
- Have a firm grasp on modern technology and various marketing platforms
- Developing and maintaining automation infrastructure.
- Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists
Collaboration & Partnership:
Partner with the AVP of Strategic Network Development to support marketing priorities for assigned service lines, including referral growth campaigns and service line materials.
Utilize marketing request forms to gather the program, audience, referral, and additional information needed to develop marketing plans; follow up with the AVP to resolve gaps or clarify priorities.
Share performance insights with Service Line Leadership and AVP of Strategic Network Development.
Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
Required Skills/Competencies:
- • Ability to develop and execute multichannel service line campaigns and turn strategic direction into clear work plans and measurable actions.
- Working knowledge of audience research, digital marketing, email, paid media, content development and how people find and access care.
- Experience using marketing analytics and reporting platforms, AEO and SEO tools, reputation platforms, marketing dashboards, website content tools and project management systems.
- Ability to analyze marketing and referral data, explain trends and limitations, and recommend practical improvements.
- Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable working with service line, clinical, operational, access and senior leaders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
- Ability to create accurate, accessible, culturally responsive and privacy conscious health marketing and communications.
Education, Work Experience and/or Skills Requirements:
- BA or BS in marketing, communications, business, health care administration or a related field
- One to three years of marketing, communications, digital marketing or related experience.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be able to exercise independent thinking and good judgment under all circumstances.
- Must be able to analyze work, set goals, develop plans and utilize time effectively and efficiently.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Repeated motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- The employee must occasionally move about to accomplish tasks, adjust or move objects up to 20 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate with others to exchange information
- Ability to drive a vehicle
