Service Lot Attendant

Job Summary:

The Service Porter assists the service department with the handling of all vehicles and customers, while keeping the service drive clean and orderly.

Job Duties:

• •Provide a world class experience for our customers and your colleagues

• •Relentlessly strive to improve customer interaction
• •Maintain positive body language and attitude that reflects the spirit of service to others
• •Keep the service drive clear at all times
• •Park vehicles in the designated areas and place the keys in the proper location
• •Constantly clean the service drive: (sweep, pick up trash, dust trash cans)
• •Stage rental vehicles in proper location
• •Roll up all windows and lock all service vehicles every time you park a main shop vehicle
• •Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• •Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• •Be able to work unsupervised
• •Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• •Valid driver’s license

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
