What You’ll Do

As a Shipping & Order Processing Specialist , you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely shipment execution by:

• •Processing service orders and shipping transactions using ERP/MRP systems
• •Reviewing order details from spec sheets, customer orders, and Bills of Materials
• •Coordinating with warehouse/material handlers for picking and packing parts
• •Tracking order progress to ensure timely completion
• •Performing daily shipping transactions using carrier systems (UPS, FedEx)
• •Communicating shipment status (on-time or delayed) with the Shipping Manager
• •Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating availability of products and crate materials
• •Conducting audits to ensure order and shipping accuracy
• •Supporting urgent service requests and expediting orders when needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• •Experience navigating ERP or MRP systems
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills
• •High attention to detail and accuracy
• •Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through independently
• •Previous experience in shipping, order processing, or warehouse operations (preferred)

Physical & Job Requirements

• •Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday
• •Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
• •Ability to pass a tape measure assessment
• •Ability to use hand and power tools
• •Ability to safely use a packaging stapler
• •Ability to follow instructions and work safely
