Service Professional - Pest Control

Key Responsibilities:

• •Create our customer’s first-impression experience
• •Exemplify excellent customer service and professionalism
• •Inspect and perform pest control treatments for customers using high-quality and environmentally responsible products
• •Educate customers on pest prevention and recommend necessary actions to keep their properties pest-free.
• •Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers, office staff, and service managers
• •Follow a daily schedule (route), insuring timely arrival at each account
• •Follow all safety protocols and comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control
• •Stay up-to-date on the latest pest control techniques, products, and safety standards
• •Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up recommendations
• •Maintain and clean pest control equipment and company vehicle
• •Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity
• •Other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• •Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required
• •The ideal candidate will have boundless energy and enthusiasm
• •Excellent communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer service
• •Highly motivated; ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
• •Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor and confined spaces
• •Must have a current and valid driver’s license and pass an MVR check
• •Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• •Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• •Ability to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
