Group/Division

The KLA Services team consists of Service Sales, Marketing, Spares Supply Chain Management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, Digital Solutions and Analytics, and Technical Product Support. Our services organization maximizes the value of our customers' KLA assets – with highly trained service and product support engineers providing installation services and 24/7 technical support and parts delivery through our extensive supply chain network.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

• •E2E Supply Planning & Execution - Responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of materials and products to meet demand efficiently while minimizing costs and inventory risks
• •Operational Execution & Escalation Management - Ensure timely execution of service orders and lead coordination of critical escalations to minimize customer impact and tool downtime.
• •Logistics & Shipment Coordination – Track, monitor, and proactively manage spare parts shipments to ensure on-time delivery and effective support of field requirements.
• •Cross-Functional Collaboration – Operate within a global, matrix organization, collaborating with Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to drive seamless execution
• •Performance Monitoring & Analytics – Monitor, analyze, and drive improvements in key Global Service Supply Planning KPIs (e.g., Availability, SDP, Inventory) using Excel and BI tools to support data-driven decision-making
• •Continuous Improvement – Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization

Minimum Qualifications

• •1+ years of proven experience in supply planning or a similar planning role within a global environment
• •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• •Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications
• •High level of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with complex global teams and stakeholders
• •Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed planning decisions
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• •Experience with BI tools to support data-driven planning and reporting
• •Strong multitasking capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously
• •Strong operational mindset with a hands-on, execution-driven approach, including willingness to manage daily planning routines
