What You’ll Do

• •Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and specialty equipment
• •Partner with manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• •Replace parts, recommend system improvements, and deliver excellent customer service
• •Follow safety protocols, document service work, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •3+ years of hands-on technical experience (refrigeration, appliance repair, HVAC, military, or similar)
• •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• •Flexibility to participate in on-call rotations (nights and weekends)

Preferred Qualifications

• •EPA, CFESA, or other technical certifications
• •Experience working with commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment
• •Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Physical Requirements

• •Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• •Comfortable working at heights and in varying environments
