Service Technician

Introduction

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. The Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our products. The successful candidate must possess excellent technical skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and a passion for continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and assess customer needs.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.

Install, repair, and maintain equipment and systems.

Test and inspect equipment for proper functioning.

Perform regular maintenance and service procedures.

Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed.

Keep up to date with new products, services, and procedures.

Document service activities and maintain records.

Provide technical advice and support to customers.

Prepare reports and other documents related to service activities.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Keep a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to use hand tools, diagnostic tools and power tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
