We’re expanding our national service team and looking for an experienced Service Technician to support, commission and maintain our SolBank Storage and broader BESS infrastructure across Australia. This role is hands-on, field-based and ideal for someone who thrives on solving technical problems at site.

Location: Mannum, South Australia

What You’ll Do

• •Commission SolBank Storage Power Blocks for utility-scale BESS projects.
• •Perform preventative & corrective maintenance to meet warranty and LTSA requirements.
• •Work across ESCs, PCS, RMUs/switchgear, transformers, SCADA and networking devices.
• •Diagnose, troubleshoot and restore equipment performance to meet availability guarantees.
• •Supervise subcontractors and ensure safe, compliant work practices.
• •Maintain accurate work orders, SOPs and spare-parts inventory.
• •Support client training during commissioning and uphold safety standards at all times.

What You’ll Bring

• •Qualified Electrical Technician with 5+ years experience in service or maintenance within renewables or heavy industries
• •Strong understanding of inverters, MV systems, and electrical codes.
• •SCADA exposure highly regarded.
• •Comfortable travelling regularly (50%+).
• •OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain after hire).
• •Proficient with MS Office; CMMS experience a bonus.
• •First Aid certified and a clean driver’s licence.
• •A team-focused, professional approach with strong communication skills.
