Service Technician

Job Scope

• •Perform installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems.
• •Conduct routine preventive maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• •Diagnose system faults and carry out repairs or replacement of defective components.
• •Attend to customer service requests and provide onsite technical support.
• •Configure, test, and commission security systems to ensure proper functionality.
• •Prepare service reports and update maintenance records after each service visit.
• •Provide quotations and technical recommendations for repair, replacement, or upgrading works.
• •Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of service and project works.
• •Maintain proper handling, usage, and care of tools, equipment, and materials.
• •Ensure all work activities comply with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S ) standards, company procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• •Comply with all company EH&S policies, procedures, and workplace rules.

Job Requirement

• •Singaporean applicants only, due to the specific worksite requirements.
• •Relevant experience in CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems, or other security systems will be an advantage.
• •Basic technical knowledge in electrical/electronic security systems and troubleshooting.
• •Able to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• •Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• •Willing to travel to customer sites and perform onsite technical duties.
• •Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to comply with company procedures and workplace requirements.
