What You'll Do

As a Service Technician, you'll provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for commercial food equipment. Responsibilities include:

• •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, gas, and refrigeration equipment issues
• •Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• •Install and service commercial cooking, warewash, refrigeration, and food preparation equipment
• •Communicate repair recommendations and solutions with customers
• •Maintain parts inventory, tools, and company vehicle
• •Support our safety culture by following safety procedures, identifying hazards, and promoting safe work practices

Qualifications

We hire all technicians at Levels I-IV and align each candidate to the appropriate level based on their experience, skills, technical knowledge, and certifications.

Minimum Requirements

• •High School Diploma or GED
• •Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• •Excellent customer service and communication skills
• •Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements
• •Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment/parts; bend, kneel, stoop, and climb; work safely in a variety of commercial kitchen environments
• •This position requires on-call coverage, including nights and weekends, as needed to support customer service needs

Preferred Qualifications

• •Commercial food equipment experience
• •Microsoft Office knowledge – Outlook, Word, and Excel
• •EPA, Refrigeration, and/or CFESA certifications

Compensation

Pay Range: $22.30 - $43.50 per hour

Compensation is based on experience, certifications, skills, and qualifications.

Compensation Information:

The pay rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. The range for this position is below:

$22.30 - $43.50 per hour
