- FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
- Full-Time | Machesney Park, IL
- Earn $65,000–$85,000+ Per Year
- $25–$35/hr. + Overtime + Full Benefits
We are looking for a motivated Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and support industrial machinery at customer facilities throughout North America. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys travel, hands-on technical work, problem solving, and working independently.

- What You’ll Do
- Travel to customer sites for machine installation, startup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Train customer personnel on machine operation and maintenance
- Provide technical support by phone and email
- Complete service reports and documentation
- Assist with machine testing and production support when in-house
- Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve technical issues
Requirements
- What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of technical service or industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLCs, motors, drives, pneumatics, and industrial controls
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively (80–100%)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls professionally
- Preferred Experience
- Printing, converting, web handling, or capital equipment industries
- Rockwell / RSLogix
- Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics
- Epicor, CRM systems, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks experience a plus
