RV Country is looking for skilled RV Technicians to join our team! In this role, you’ll use your mechanical know-how to diagnose, repair, and maintain RVs, helping our customers get back on the road and enjoy their adventures. If you enjoy problem-solving, hands-on work, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality repairs, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Job Responsibilities

• •Examine and diagnose RV problems.
• •Discuss repairs with shop foreman or RV service advisor.
• •Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor.
• •Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman.
• •Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor.
• •Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly.
• •Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation.
• •Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs.
• •Attend company and factory training.

Qualifications

• •Strong mechanical aptitude with problem solving skills
• •Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• •Good communication skills for working with service advisors, foremen, and team members
• •Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements

Education and Experience

• •RV Technician experience required
• •Current valid driver’s license required
• •High school diploma or GED required
