Compensation:

$22.00 to $26.00 Per Flat Rate Hour (experience-based)
PotentialQuarterly Cash Bonus Earnings!

Work Schedule:

7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday
7:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturdays (Revolving)

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
Conduct basic inspections and identify vehicle service needs
Replace worn or defective parts such as brake pads, filters, and belts
Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs and diagnostics
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
Ensure work area is clean and organized
Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of automotive repair experience preferred
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians
ASE certification is a plus, but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
