Im Auftrag von eines führenden chinesischen Technologieunternehmens suchen wir für den Flagshipstore in Berlin am Ku'damm (im Upper West-Gebäude) einen Service-Techniker (m/w/d) für Smartphone-Reparaturen in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben als Service-Techniker (m/w/d) für Smartphone-Reparaturen

  • Reparatur und Wartung von Smartphones verschiedener Hersteller
  • Diagnose von Geräten und Fehlerbehebung auf Basis der Diagnoseergebnisse
  • Dokumentation der Diagnose- und Reparaturarbeiten sowie gegebenenfalls das Erstellen von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Sicherheitsbestimmungen
  • Anbringen von Schutzfolien an Smartphones, Tablets, Smartwatches sowie Navigation
  • Datenschutzkonformes Zurücksetzen von Marktware (Clearing)
  • Erstes Installationsservice für Kundengeräte (Ready to Go)

Dein Profil als Service-Techniker (m/w/d) für Smartphone-Reparaturen

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich der Elektronik, IT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Erfahrung in der Diagnose und Fehlerbehebung sowie Reparatur von Smartphones verschiedener Hersteller
  • Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
