Im Rahmen einer Neubesetzung suchen wir für ein international führenden Hersteller von Armaturen und Regelungstechnik für die Dampf- und Energiewirtschaft mit dem Hauptsitz in Bremen einen Service Techniker m/w/d . Die Aufgaben werden im Wesentlichen vom home-office ausgeübt.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Durchführen von Servicearbeiten (Inbetriebnahmen, Inspektionen, Wartungen und Reparaturen beim Kunden vor Ort)
  • Unterstützen bei digitalen Dienstleistungen – ggf. auch für Produkte anderer Hersteller
  • Betreuen und Beraten der Kunden im Hinblick auf notwendige Servicemaßnahmen
  • Erkennen und Kommunizieren von Verkaufschancen (Kundenmehrwert)
  • Unterstützen von Kunden, um Energiesparmaßnahmen zu identifizieren und umzusetzen

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, bevorzugt zum Mechatroniker/Industrieelektriker
  • Weiterbildung zum Meister / Techniker m/w/d
  • Führerschein der Klasse B (ehemals Klasse 3)
  • Praktische Erfahrung im genannten Aufgabengebiet
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Kundenorientierung und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Gute technische Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
