Betreuung unserer Kunden im Außendienst bei Maschinen- und Prozessproblemen

im Bereich Mechanik, Steuerungstechnik / Programmierung, Elektrik und Pneumatik

Diagnose der Fehlerursache, eigenständige Problemlösung und Dokumentation der Serviceeinsätze

Kundenorientiertes Arbeiten in enger Kooperation mit dem Vertrieb

Intensive Kommunikation mit den Prozessspezialisten und der Einsatzleitung in unserem Hauptwerk in Italien

Mögliche Erweiterung durch Übernahme von Aufgaben in unserem Labor und Schulungszentrum am Standort Karlsruhe

Ihr Profil

Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich, vorzugsweise Mechatronik

Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative

Hohe Reisebereitschaft in Deutschland und den Nachbarländern

Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Führerschein Klasse B
