Zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten Teams suchen wir ab sofort für unsere Standorte in Steinfurt oder Emsdetten Mitarbeiter für die Service- und Reparaturannahme (m/w/x) in Teilzeit (mind. 20 h) oder Vollzeit Deine interessante Aufgaben Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden in der Service-Annahme: Abwicklung aller Reparaturaufträge schriftlich und telefonisch Kontrolle der Reparaturaufträge Verwaltung von Leihgeräten Versand/Kontrolle der Reparaturen Allgemeine Sachbearbeitung im Bereich Service und Terminierung Dein interessantes Profil Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/-frau im Einzelhandel oder eine technische Ausbildung Gute EDV-Kenntnisse sowie erste Erfahrungen im Back Office Bereich Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung Organisatorisches Geschick, asusgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Flexibilität Darauf kannst du dich freuen Einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz 30 Tage Urlaub Vielfältige Weiterbildungs-und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten Leistungsgerechte Bezahlung Möchtest du Teil der expert-Familie werden und unser Team mit deinen Fähigkeiten verstärken?
