RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers in person and by phone
• •Serve as the primary connection between customers and technicians, clearly communicating vehicle concerns and repair recommendations
• •Perform vehicle walk-arounds and accurately document customer concerns to support proper diagnosis and service
• •Explain recommended repairs, prepare estimates, and help customers make informed maintenance and repair decisions
• •Keep customers updated on repair progress, completion times, costs, and any changes requiring authorization
• •Uphold our high standards for safety, organization, and cleanliness

QUALIFICATIONS

• •Automotive knowledge and at least 1–2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor— REQUIRED
• •Career-minded with a desire to learn and grow within the company
• •Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• •Honesty, integrity, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
• •Team-first mentality and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• •Valid driver's license— REQUIRED

As a Service Advisor , you’ll build lasting customer relationships and guide customers through the service process from check-in to pickup. You’ll explain maintenance needs and repair recommendations clearly, earn trust through honest communication, and recommend services that help keep vehicles safe, reliable, and performing their best.
