Atlantic Tire & Service on 1380 NW Maynard Rd. in Cary, NC is looking to hire an exceptional Service Advisor to join our winning team! Atlantic Tire provides the highest quality automotive services to its customers and is changing the way people think about auto repair. The Service Manager is responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and selling recommended services and repairs. Service Advisors will greet and consult customers on their needs, while providing value-added recommendations and education on our services.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service either in-person or by phone
  • Act as point of contact between technicians and customers
  • Perform vehicle walk-around and documentation of customer concerns to enable technicians to properly diagnose and service the vehicle
  • Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
  • Follow and promote our high standards of safety, organization, and cleanliness

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Automotive knowledge with at least 2 years of working experience as a Service Advisor
  • Career-minded individuals looking to grow within the company
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Honesty and integrity, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team-first mentality
  • Valid driver's license
