IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Sie empfangen und betreuen unsere Kunden
  • Sie sind der erste persönliche Ansprechpartner und Gesicht des Autohauses
  • Sie koordinieren selbständig Werkstatttermine und verwalten unsere Servicefahrzeuge
  • Sie gehen offen und sympathisch auf Kunden zu, nehmen deren Wünsche und Fragen ernst und leben Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsqualität auf hohem Niveau

IHR PROFIL

  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und verfügen bereits über erste Erfahrung in der Automobil- oder Gastgewerbebranche
  • Herausragende Dienstleistungsqualität und Kundenzufriedenheit sind keine Fremdwörter für Sie
  • Sie behalten selbst in arbeitsintensiven Phasen einen kühlen Kopf
  • Ein gepflegtes Äußeres ist für Sie ebenso verständlich wie ein sympathisches Auftreten
  • Selbständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten zeichnet Sie aus
