### Ihre Aufgaben
- Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Besucher
- Kundenanfragen telefonisch als auch im persönlichen Gespräch bearbeiten
- Unterstützung der Serviceberater in administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
- Vereinbarung von Werkstattterminen und Vorbereitung der dazugehörigen Aufträge
- Planung und Vergabe von Serviceersatz- und Mietfahrzeugen
- Korrespondenz mit unseren Kunden (Brief, E-Mail)
### Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Quereinstig möglich
- Gewinnendes Auftreten und starke Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Erfahrung im Kundenservice
- Verbindliche Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
