  • persönliche und telefonische Betreuung unserer Kunden am Empfang
  • Vereinbarung von Werkstattterminen und zugehörige Auftragserfassung
  • Erstellung der Werkstattrechnungen
  • Verwaltung der Kunden-Leihwagen und Kassenführung
  • Posteingangsbearbeitung und allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben

### Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • gerne auch Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit Erfahrungen im Kundenkontakt, z.B. aus dem Bereich Empfang
  • freundliches, sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Anwendungen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
