Als autorisierter Vertragspartner für VW, Audi, VW Nutzfahrzeuge und Škoda stehen wir für kompetenten Service, höchste Kundenorientierung und Qualität. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte und freundliche Serviceassistentin / einen Serviceassistenten (m/w/d) .

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kunden
  • Persönliche und telefonische Terminvereinbarung sowie Telefonannahme
  • Unterstützung unserer Serviceberater im Tagesgeschäft
  • Kassenführung und Abwicklung von Zahlungsvorgängen
  • Organisation und Verwaltung unserer Mietfahrzeuge
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Servicebereich
  • Sicherstellung eines professionellen und kundenorientierten Serviceablaufs

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil
  • Freundliches, gepflegtes und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Organisationstalent sowie selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
