Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine kaufmännische Fachkraft als

  • Sie sind "Stimme und Gesicht" des Autohauses.
  • Sie unterstützen das Serviceteam mit organisatorischen und kaufmännischen Aufgaben. Sie sind kundenorientiert, kommunikativ und haben ein kompetentes Auftreten sowie Freude an Teamarbeit.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Führung der Terminplanung in Abstimmung mit den Serviceberatern
  • ständiger Abgleich der Werkstattkapazität
  • Erstellen von Werkstattaufträgen mit dem Serviceberater/Werkstattmeister
  • Rechnungserstellung und Prüfung auf Vollständigkeit gemeinsam mit dem Serviceberater/Werkstattmeister
  • Verwaltung der Ersatz- und Mietfahrzeuge
  • Verantwortung für die Hauptkasse
  • Korrespondenz mit den Versicherungen
  • Preisauskunft bei telefonischen Anfragen

Hinweis zu den Arbeitszeiten: 35-40 Wochenstunden - individuelle Abstimmung, Schichten, Mo-Sa
