Der Arbeitgeber Lehmann Automobile GmbH sucht zur sofortigen Einstellung eine/n Serviceassistent/-in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit mit dem folgenden Aufgabengebiet:

Sie arbeiten an einer wichtigen Schnittstelle für alle kaufmännischen und organisatorischen Fragen im Tagesgeschäft unseres Autohauses.

  • Kundenempfang sowie persönliche und telefonische Beratung
  • Terminvereinbarung und Werkstattwagen-Koordination
  • Weiterleitung der Kunden an die zuständigen Ansprechpartner
  • Organisatorische und kaufm. Aufgaben
  • allgemeine administrative Arbeiten
  • Leihwagen-Controlling
  • Garantieabwicklung

Wichtig ist, dass sie :

  • eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche besitzen
  • gute Umgangsformen, kunden- und teamorientiertes Verhalten
  • angenehmes Auftreten und eine ausgeprägte kommunikative Kompetenz.

Wünschenswert ist es, dass sie bereits Kenntnisse in den Programmen der Automarken Renault und Dacia besitzen.

Die Vergütung erfolgt über Mindestlohn.
