Wir suchen eine/n SERVICEASSISTENT/IN (m/w/d) für die direkte persönliche Kundenbetreuung am Counter in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Arbeitszeit nach Vereinbarung

Aufgaben:

  • Zentrale Telefonannahme und Weiterleitung
  • persönliche Begrüßung u. Betreuung von Kunden
  • Auftragsannahme und Terminvergabe mit Werkstattplaner
  • aktives Anbieten von Serviceprodukten und Dienstleistungen

Sie bringen mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise in einem Autohaus
  • MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Organisationstalent mit einer gewissenhaften, sorgfältigen und eigenständigen Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Souveränes Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit
