  • Sie sind kommunikativer Mittelpunkt des Autohauses und erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden
  • Weiterleitung der Kunden und Besucher an die Kollegen in den Fachbereichen •Persönliche sowie telefonische Betreuung der Kunden und Besuchernbsp;•Sie unterstützen unser Serviceteam in organisatorischen und kaufmännischen Aufgabennbsp;•Im Rahmen Ihrer Tätigkeit arbeiten Sie eng mit der Serviceleitung und den Serviceberatern zusammen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung bestmöglich im Automobilbereich
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Service/Betriebsbüro bzw. als Serviceassistent (m/w/d) im Automobilhandel von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung auch bei hohem Arbeitsanfall•Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweisenbsp;•Herausragende Dienstleistungsqualität und Kundenzufriedenheit sind die Leitlinien für Ihre tägliche Arbeitnbsp;•Hohe Teamfähigkeit sowie freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
