Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Münster suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Serviceassistent:in (m/w/d) .

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Koordination von Werkstatt- und Serviceterminen
  • Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Weiterleitung an die jeweiligen Ansprechpartner:innen im Haus
  • Telefonische und persönliche Terminvereinbarung
  • Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft sowie Übernahme administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Fahrzeugdaten sowie allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben

## Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Freundliches Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Motivation, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
