# Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem/einer Serviceassistent\*in (m/w/d) für unser Team.

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Individuelle Terminvereinbarung mit Kunden und Kundinnen
  • Freundlicher Empfang unserer Kunden und Kundinnen im Autohaus
  • Optimale Besetzung der Telefonzentrale
  • Datenanlegung und Pflege unsere Kundenstamms
  • Kassenführung mit Kassenbuchungen und Kassenabschluss
  • Erstellen von Werkstattaufträgen und Rechnungen
  • Unterstützung unserer Serviceberater (m/w/d) im Tagesgeschäft
  • Kompetente Kundenbetreuung
  • Ersatzwagen- und Mobilitätsabwicklung

Sie bringen mit:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Automobilkaufmann (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung als Serviceassistent (m/w/d) im Autohaus
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und Kundinnen
  • Freundliches und kompetentes Auftreten
  • Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Selbstständige, organisierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine positive Ausstrahlung
