Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Besucher
  • Kundenbetreuung, Kundenbegeisterung und Kundenbindung
  • Terminvergabe und Terminkoordination

  • Allgemeine Aufgaben einer Serviceassistenz

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung im Kfz-Gewerbe oder in der Versicherungsbranche
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung imForderungsmanagement und Kundenservice - gerne auch als Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) aus z. B. Hotellerie und (Apartment-)Vermietung
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicheres Auftreten

Das erwartet Sie:

  • 30 Tage Urlaub
  • Arbeitszeit erstreckt sich auf die Wochentage, Wochenendarbeit ist nicht erforderlich
