Wir sind ein renommiertes Autohaus. Seit über 35 Jahren stehen wir für Mobilität, Service und Kundennähe in der Region. Zur Verstärkung unseres Serviceteams suchen wir einen engagierten Serviceassistenten (m/w/d) , der mit Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kundenkontakt überzeugt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Servicekunden am Empfang und am Telefon
  • Terminvergabe, Terminüberwachung und Koordination mit dem Werkstattteam
  • Unterstützung der Serviceberater bei der Auftragsannahme und -abwicklung
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Kunden- und Fahrzeugdaten im System
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen Kundenbetreuung und Servicequalität
  • Organisation von Ersatzwagen und Mobilitätslösungen für unsere Kunden

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Automobilhandel
  • Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Empfang eines Autohauses von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Organisationstalent, Teamgeist und freundliches Auftreten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise mit Dealer-Management-Systemen
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
